Friday the 100.3

Chainsaws are rattling again.

It's the hottest rumor no one wants to talk about on the record, but it goes something like this: Former local talk-radio personality Jason Lewis will return this fall to take up residence on Clear Channel's KTLK (100.3 FM) -- the new rival to his former station, KSTP (1500 AM).

Mitch hinted at this last fall here, and here.

Love him or hate him, Jason Lewis is good radio. He is part of the formula the Right needs to slow down the hemorrhaging in Minnesota. Fall may be too late, or it could be the perfect storm. I guess we'll just have to wait and see how the rumor unfolds.

Mitch has the inside baseball, so I bet he'll have something more definitive soon.
